1. Discreet Packaging Guarantee

We understand the importance of privacy. All orders from Your Green Wellness are dispatched in 100% plain, unbranded outer packaging. There are no logos, product descriptions, or references to hardware/glassware on the external box or shipping label.

2. UK Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT Monday–Friday are processed the same day (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
• Standard Tracked Shipping (2–4 Business Days): Flat rate or free on orders over qualifying amounts.
• Express Tracked Shipping (1–2 Business Days): Priority dispatch via tracked UK courier.

3. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an automated email notification containing your courier tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

4. Damaged Items in Transit

Due to the fragile nature of borosilicate glassware, please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If your package arrives visibly damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at YourGreenWellnessuk@gmail.com with photographs of the damaged product and outer packaging so we can issue an immediate replacement.
